- Property postcode.
- One or two photos of the existing consumer unit or fuse board, from a metre back and up close.
- For EV chargers: photo of the meter cupboard, photo of where you want the charger, and rough cable route between them.
- For rewires: brief description of the property (bedrooms, floors, approximate age), any recent electrical work.
- For EICR: property size (1-bed / 2-bed / 3-bed / larger), rough count of circuits if you know it.
