Minster CT12 is the rural south-west corner of the Isle of Thanet - agricultural land, the Manston airfield boundary, and a scattering of villages: Minster itself, Monkton, Cliffsend, Ebbsfleet. Housing stock is dominated by post-war bungalows on larger plots, farm cottages, agricultural conversions, and small pockets of 2000s new-build.
